用 途:主要用(yong)來保護(hu)淺色、無污(wu)染(ran)色的化(hua)合物(wu)，如天(tian)然(ran)(ran)橡(xiang)(xiang)膠(jiao)、密(mi)封劑、ABS、BR、IR、NBR、NR、SBR.SBS、SIS等衍生物(wu)。可以應用(yong)在聚(ju)合物(wu)的加(jia)工(gong)過程中(zhong)，如:彈性絲線、地毯村(cun)背、泡沫橡(xiang)(xiang)膠(jiao)墊材(cai)料(liao)、鞋底材(cai)料(liao)、家庭(ting)及手術橡(xiang)(xiang)膠(jiao)手套、醫用(yong)產品、嬰兒奶嘴、橡(xiang)(xiang)膠(jiao)添(tian)加(jia)劑、熱(re)水瓶、浴室(shi)用(yong)墊子、汽(qi)車配件(jian)、紙(zhi)張涂料(liao)等，加(jia)強穩(wen)定(ding)性。能夠保護(hu)基于(yu)異戊二烯和丁二烯化(hua)學之上的天(tian)然(ran)(ran)和合成聚(ju)合體(ti)可以作為高(gao)效(xiao)的聚(ju)苯酚(fen)添(tian)加(jia)劑。抗(kang)氧效(xiao)果優于(yu)單酚(fen)或(huo)雙酚(fen)類抗(kang)氧劑。

Applications:KY-616 is ideally suted for the protection of light coloured, non-staining goods derived from natural rubber and latexSBR and carboxylated SBRlatices, ABS, NBR,BR, SBS and SlS in applications where the retention of appearance and elasticproperties during storage and use are important requirements. lts wide applications include in-process stabilisation of polymers aswell as use in manufactrued goods such as elastic thread, carpet backing, foam rubber mattresses, household and surgical glovesmedical products, baby botle teats, bath mats, hot water botles, automotive components, household appliances (gaskets, inersparts,housing, etc.), electronic appliance housings, and paper coatings. lt is epecially recommended for the protection of naturaland synthetic polymers based on isoprene and butadiene chemistry.
Storage:The container should be sealed and stored in a cool, dry, ventilated place. Keep it moisture-proof and waterproof, avoidsunshine and keep away from heat source. The product is considered good for intended applications within 2 years from the dateof manufacture.
